Yes, we offer 11 disabled rooms. Guide dogs are also accepted at the hotel.

Do you have an onsite parking and how far is it from the hotel entrance?

we do not have our own onsite car park we recommend guest use the NCP on Chester Street M1 5GE , we get a 20% discount on this one car park.

Is it allowed to smoke in the hotel and in the rooms?

It is not allowed to smoke within the hotel premises but you can find a smoking area at the exterior of the hotel.

Is it possible to have a 3rd person in the room?

Yes it is possible. Just mention it at the time of booking. 3rd person is charged at rate of £30 for an extra person.

Is it possible to get a cot?

Yes, we can provide you with a FREE cot. Just mention it at the time of booking.

Can children be in the room with adults?

Yes, family rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children up to 18 years old. Plus, it is free for children under 18 years old. In the family room you will find a double bed and a sofa bed for the children. The hotel doesn’t have extra beds or rooms with 3 or 4 beds. The third guest over 18 has to pay an extra fee of £30, It’s not possible to have more than 3 adults per room. In the case of a 4 member family, the hotel offers adjoining rooms. Subject to availability.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

We have a Breakfast Restaurant only.

No, we do not have an onsite restaurant but the hotel offers all guests a complimentary breakfast served in the Great Room from 06:30am to 10:00am daily and our comfortable Lobby Bar is open from 2PM until 2AM.

Our complimentary buffet breakfast is served in the Great Room from 06:30am to 10:00am daily and consists of a wide variety of high quality such as food pastries, juices and fresh fruits.
